ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is one of the leading and longest established online portal sites set up to connect patients and Doctors. The client also provides Medical Tourism Services, and their main markets include Africa and Latin America.

SCOPE & CHALLENGES

AlongWords has been working with the client, translating medical dossiers and clinical content for the client’s international markets. In addition to providing translation services, AlongWords was also tasked to complete a research report on the Brazilian and Argentinean Oncology Market. Below are the deliverables of the Research Report:

ALONGWORDS SOLUTIONS

For this Project AW created an experienced Team of SME workers to work upon this project. Some of the team members were Physicians, Surgeons and Pharmacists. The translators were chosen based on their medical specialization.
AW used its advanced Terminology Management System. Since this was a Medical Translation, accuracy and consistency were paramount. Accuracy was ensured by following our gold standard TEP Process which points out even the slightest mistakes. The proofreaders and editors were veterans who have spent decades reviewing and proofreading medical content.
The review team used some of the major medical compendiums and journals for information needed. The team also had to do some primary research in addition to secondary research. For the report AW provided both qualitative and quantitative deliverables.
